“I was really surprised when I was upgraded to a King Room Junior Suite. The room had a microwave and mini fridge, which I greatly appreciated since many hotels in downtown Phoenix lack microwaves. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent, even on a higher floor.
